Biography:  Spyros is the Founder of Charmm. He has over 35 years of experience in the field of prefabricated homes and metal constructions. He was the co-owner of one of the first companies of prefabricated homes in Cyprus. Charmm was founded in 2012 in order to become a new company not just focused in prefabricated modules but engage in also Architecture and Design, Engineering and sustainable structures. His daily operations include project management, value engineering, project coordination, supervising overall work progress, technical performance and site supervision. He is a strong supporter of sustainable architecture and he powerfully believes that metal is the future.
